Opera as you have never heard it, in a setting surrounded by green inside the garden of Fantastic Garden. The evening of Friday 17 July was given over to great operatic music, told here in photographs and words, while we wait for another evening to match the response the young international performers received at the end of an intensive period of advanced study.
OperaGioia: opera in an evening to remember
Everyone who performed on Friday is a young talent of the OperaGioia collective, from China. All of them trained through years of professional conservatory study, and each brought their own musical signature to the evening, giving the audience something unusual for the kind of event Fantastic Garden normally hosts.
